Our licensed technicians follow a proven, multi-visit protocol designed to break the reproductive cycle and eliminate the infestation at its source — not just knock back the visible population.

A focused, one-time elimination service — not a recurring subscription. Includes one initial treatment and two follow-up visits, structured to break the reproductive cycle and confirm the infestation is fully resolved.
Inspection & Assessment
Thorough evaluation of infestation levels, harborage areas, food and water sources, and conducive conditions throughout the property.
Flush Out
Targeted flushing agents drive roaches out of harborage areas, exposing activity levels and making subsequent treatments more effective.
HEPA Vacuum
High-efficiency vacuuming removes live roaches, egg cases, and debris — immediately reducing population numbers before chemical treatment.
Baits & IGRs
Professional-grade gel baits and insect growth regulators (IGRs) are placed in harborage zones. IGRs disrupt the reproductive cycle to prevent re-infestation.
Targeted Chemical Control
Crack-and-crevice applications of non-repellent liquid insecticides and dusts are applied in key areas — consistent with all label directions.
Monitoring & Exclusion
Monitoring devices track activity between visits. Sanitation and exclusion guidance is provided to seal entry points and eliminate conditions that attract roaches.
The 4-Visit Program
Follow-up visits are scheduled approximately every 2–3 weeks after the initial treatment. The schedule may be adjusted based on infestation severity and label restrictions.
90-Day Guarantee
If live German cockroaches are observed within 90 days after your final follow-up visit, Dade Pest Solutions will re-inspect and, if necessary, retreat at no additional charge.
The guarantee applies when the customer has followed all preparation and sanitation instructions. It does not extend beyond the 90-day period and may be voided by conditions outside our control — such as re-introduction of infested items, unresolved structural issues, or pest populations originating from adjacent untreated units.
★ Upgrade to RPP for a Lifetime Warranty
After completing the German Roach program, customers who upgrade to the Residential Protection Program™ receive a lifetime warranty on German cockroach treatment. The warranty is active for as long as you remain enrolled in the RPP and continue to follow all preparation and sanitation requirements. It does not apply to the German Roach program alone.
Why German Roaches Require a Dedicated Program
German cockroaches are not the same as the large outdoor roaches that occasionally wander inside. They live and breed entirely indoors — in kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances — and reproduce at a rate that can turn a small problem into a full infestation within weeks. A single general pest spray will not eliminate them. Effective control requires a multi-method approach targeting all life stages, combined with sanitation and monitoring.

What This Service Does Not Cover
We believe you deserve to know exactly what you're getting — and what you're not. Most companies stay vague on this. We don't.
Other Pest Species
This program is specifically designed for German cockroaches. It does not cover ants, rodents, termites, American roaches, bed bugs, or any other pest species. If you need broader protection, ask about our Residential Protection Program™.
Re-Infestation from New Sources
If new infested items are introduced into the home after treatment (e.g., grocery bags, used appliances, cardboard boxes, or infested furniture), this is considered a new infestation and is not covered under the 90-day guarantee.
Structural Entry Points
We treat existing infestations, but we do not perform structural repairs such as sealing gaps in walls, plumbing penetrations, or cabinet repairs. Unresolved entry points can allow re-infestation and may affect guarantee eligibility.
Sanitation-Related Re-Infestations
If the conditions that supported the infestation — food debris, moisture, clutter — are not corrected after treatment, the 90-day guarantee may be voided. Ongoing sanitation is a customer responsibility and is critical to long-term success.
Treatments Beyond 3 Visits
The program includes one initial treatment and two follow-up visits. Additional visits beyond the three included are not covered unless a re-service is warranted under the 90-day guarantee. Severe infestations may require a new agreement.
American or Oriental Roaches
American roaches (palmetto bugs) and Oriental roaches are different species requiring different treatment approaches. This program targets German cockroaches only. If you have multiple species, please let us know during the inspection.
