Your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
Your Right to Opt Out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information to third parties.
Dade Pest Solutions does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We do not exchange your data for monetary compensation. However, certain uses of tracking technologies (such as Google Analytics and GoHighLevel) may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under the broad CCPA definition because they involve disclosing personal information to third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.
What Happens When You Opt Out
When you submit an opt-out request, we will:
- Disable non-essential tracking technologies (Google Analytics) for your account and any associated identifiers
- Instruct our third-party service providers not to sell or share your personal information
- Continue to provide you with the same quality of service without discrimination
Note: Essential services such as contact forms and service scheduling will continue to function normally. Opting out does not affect information you voluntarily provide when requesting pest control services.
